MIXERS MC250 TYPE
The dosing and feeding of the products to be mixed (glue + flour + water + catalyst +…) is carried out in a fully automated and continuous process by volumetric pumps for liquids and dosing screw for powders.
The preparation of the mixture is carried out in 2 stages:
1. The MPL module of the mixer automatically and continuously prepares the premix (glue + flour + water).
2. The MLL module located on top of the gluer automatically mixes the catalyst and pours the final mix into the glue rollers.
